With its Mediterranean climate, pristine beaches and indigenous flora and fauna, Cape Town provides visitors to the winelands with unlimited holiday activities, all year round. Should you decide to spend your holiday at Zandberg Guesthouse, you are assured of a happy and comfortable stay in our luxury winelands accommodation.

Zandberg Farm has a long history - it was founded in 1694. The first harvest of settled wine yards was turned into Cabernet Sauvignon in 1699. Since then the Farm was owned by different people, been transformed and restored. The Guest House was started on the Farm in 1990's.

Russian businessman - Igor Vozyakov bought the Farm in October 2005. Being a nature lover he also enjoying his Wine and Golf experience. That was one of the reasons why he invested in South Africa.

Igor already has ideas what is going to happen with his Farm - a Paradise for Wine, golf and nature lovers' through out the entire world. While some members of the Guest's families can play Golf in the beautiful Golf Courses in surrounding areas 6 minutes away from Guest House, others can enjoy treatments at Wellness studio, swimming or fishing or play with children on Treasure Island and Pirate ship.

Producing own Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay wines the Farm provides them exclusively to the Nine top Golf Clubs (such as Pezula Golf Club in Knysna, RSA; Pestovo Golf Club, Russia; Saliena Golf Club, Latvia etc.) and Guest House visitors. Special limited edition of Cabernet Sauvignon 2003 and Chardonnay 2005 in numbered bottles was already supplied to let Golf players enjoy rich and fresh taste of famous wines.
  Igor recently founded Zandberg Golf Cup Tournament - the First Tournament took place in Slovakia. The next has been planned to happen at Saliena Golf Club.

Within last year the Guesthouse was renovated completely - beautiful garden with water features, rock hills and ambient light's effects were set up; all Guests Units were renovated. Dmitri - the General Manager and Olga - Project Manager and Chief Designer (originally from Russia as well) fast and effective created all the cottages differently styled with it's own personality. Cottages are full of harmony of lights, colours, textures, material and theme. They also give an unforgettable visual sensation - combinations of antiquity and modern and impress very up-to-date South African atmosphere. Small little paradise done by Olga already pleased a lot of guests. AA Quality Assured Program immediately proved that - the Guest House was granted with the highest possible grade - Superior.

The big plans of building conference centre, wine-tasting castle, gym and spa, and small concert hall are in progress. With Olga and Dmitri on their side, surely these plans will happen. But all the guests already enjoy swimming pool with slide, children's playground, dam with "Treasure Island" and Pirate Ship, Pony riding, treatments at Wellness Studio, Restaurant on premises, sunset' view over Table Mountain… And of course - a lot of wines, golf and five minutes to sunny Ocean beach.
